Red Duvall poses next to his trusty Packard No. 87 at 87th Street Speedway in Chicago in the early 1950's.  The Hammond speedster was a front runner at area tracks and even tried his skills in USAC stock car racing with success.

This 1955 "publicity shot" taken at Chicago's 87th Street Speedway gives a good overall look of the speedway, which was located at 1111 E. 87th Street, a few blocks east of Cottage Grove Ave.  Andy Granatelli promoted the "new car" races there that year.
